Where do my funds go?
With every purchase/donation to The Ball is Round, 100% of funds received are used to purchase soccer balls to be distributed throughout the world. The Ball is Round works closely with schools, orphanages, youth groups, and minor sports associations throughout the world to deliver soccer balls to those who need them most.
How can I get my team involved?
Stand out at your next tournament and support a great cause at the same time! The Ball is Round is happy to work with teams who wish to purchase game/training soccer balls, patches, stickers, or warm up t-shirts. We are able to apply your teams personalized logo onto the front of the T-shirt and The Ball is Round logo onto the back of the T-shirt so both organizations are supported. Special Pricing available for full team purchases. A purchase of soccer balls or T-shirts for your entire team could provide up to 60 soccer balls to be distributed throughout the world! Can I choose the location or suggest a worthy receipient of the soccer balls gained from my purchase/donation?
Yes, we are happy to support location suggestions! The Ball is Round is eager to work with like-minded individuals who have worked, volunteered or identified a location in need of soccer balls. Please forward The Ball is Round the contact information for the location you wish to have the soccer balls sent to.
Payment and Shipping
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service, Canada Post. Please note that customers outside Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges. All payments and transactions will be processed and handled through PayPal, all sales will be processed in Canadian dollars.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, it is our goal to build strong life long relationship with all our supporters and are open to working through any issues that may arise.
